What we offer
At the present time, Holton Lee has suspended the provision of personal assistance and care in the Barn, whilst we review this area of operation. In the meantime, this fully accessible facility is available to hire by groups as a self catering facility.
- 10 twin en-suite, fully accessible bedrooms each with its own TV, accommodating up to twenty guests
- Home cooked meals are available
- WiFi access – there is wireless coverage in all bedrooms as well as dining room and other communal areas
- Each bedroom has French doors leading out to a sunny terrace
- Each bedroom has private en-suite wet room with ceiling hoist and Clos-o-Mat toilet
- First class personal assistance can be tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences
- The beds provided are either adjustable height or have a raising mechanism at the head or foot of the bed
- Each room has a paging – alarm system to summon assistance if required
- Individual temperature controls in each bedroom to adjust the under-floor heating
- All bedrooms have a ceiling hoist to provide easy transfer from wheelchair to bed to wet room where necessary
- Twin beds in each room can be put together to form a double bed on request
- Holton Lee has two golf buggies and 5 Trampers (all terrain mobility scooters) available for guests to explore the 350 acre site
Located roughly halfway between Poole and Wareham, Holton Lee is also a great base from which to explore the Isle of Purbeck the beaches of Poole harbour or the world heritage Jurassic Coast.
