The Barn

The Barn was re-opened in 2008 and has been purpose built to ensure that disabled people can enjoy fully accessible catered accommodation and personal assistance in a beautiful corner of Dorset. Experience a first-rate service supported by our fully qualified, friendly and welcoming staff, whether you are looking for respite care, or a holiday destination to enjoy with friends or family, taking a break at Holton Lee can do wonders for you!
There are activities you can enjoy on site including Faith House – a gallery and exhibition space, artists’ studios for short term hire during your visit, walks around the estate taking in the varied landscapes. We also have golf buggies and trampers available to guests to enable them to reach all part of the estate easily – whether the board walk into the reed beds, horseshoe pond to spot some dragonflies or maybe a walk on the heath to catch sight of deer or ponies grazing.
Located roughly halfway between Poole and Wareham, Holton Lee is also a great base from which to explore the Isle of Purbeck the beaches of Poole harbour or the world heritage Jurassic Coast
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal assistance. Click here to view our CQC report.
