Stables Artists' Studios

The Studios provide four separate accessible creative workspaces with facilities for a range of different media including sculpture, stone carving, digital arts, printmaking, drawing and painting.

The common room provides space for artists and visitors to discuss professional practice and view work in progress as well as a kitchen area and toilet facilities. The studios are available for artists and groups interested in long or short term hire including workshops and evening classes.

Adjacent to the Stables Artists’ Studios, there is a courtyard area and open sided Dutch Barn, which provides covered outside work space for large scale work.

Pottery Pavilion

A separate workspace dedicated to ceramic work, complete with kiln,  is available for hire by groups and individuals. The building can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people around tables. This is the largest of our workspaces and enjoys a panoramic view of meadows and woodland.
